Noah Klein, the founder of MH4T (Mental Health For Teens), is a 17-year-old 11th Grader from Los Angeles, California.
Noah was inspired to create Mental Health For Teens due to his mental struggles and successes.
Noah hopes this website will provide his community with resources and support to help young people deal with mental health issues.
Dr. Dan Siegel
Dr. Dan Siegel is the executive director of the Mindsight Institute and founding co-director of the Mindful Awareness Research Center at UCLA.
An award-winning educator, Dan is the author of five New York Times bestsellers and over fifteen other books, which have been translated into over forty languages. A graduate of Harvard Medical School, Dan completed his postgraduate training at UCLA, specializing in pediatrics, adult, adolescent, and child psychiatry.
Caroline Welch
Caroline Welch is CEO and Co-founder, with Dr. Dan Siegel, of Mind Your Brain in Santa Monica, California. She offers lectures and workshops to enhance well-being in our personal and professional lives. Caroline began her mindfulness practice forty years ago while working in Japan.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, with a master’s degree from the University of Southern California, Caroline began her career as a corporate litigator. She has served as a Los Angeles County court-appointed mediator, and as in-house counsel at Spelling Entertainment Group and MGM Studios.
Jenny Lorant Grouf
Jenny Lorant Grouf works in bodywork and education. Her Santa Monica-based private practice has blended Eastern and Western healing philosophies and techniques since 2003.
She is a Certified Perinatal Massage Therapist, Registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Practitioner, and Infant Massage Instructor. Jenny leads workshops all over the country and is currently doing research at the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
Leo Grouf
Leo Grouf is a 17-year-old, current 11th-grade student in Santa Monica, California. One of Leo’s passions is Photography, for which he has won several awards, such as the Certificate of Congressional Recognition and a Silver Key for Photography.
